Bartender/Server – Craft Cocktails & Full-Service Hospitality
Chais Delachaise, a bustling wine bistro in Uptown New Orleans, is seeking a bartender with craft cocktail experience who is also comfortable taking serving shifts. This is not a position for someone looking to exclusively bartend—our team works both the floor and bar, providing full-service hospitality.
What We’re Looking For:
Bartending experience with craft cocktails – strong knowledge of classic recipes and technique.
Comfortable serving tables – this position includes both bartending and full-service floor shifts.
Wine and spirits knowledge is a plus (or a willingness to learn).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intimate space with high guest interaction.
Professionalism, efficiency, and a strong sense of hospitality.
